Opt-In: CallFlow sends SMS messages only to callers who have verbally consented during a phone call. By completing a booking through our AI receptionist, callers agree to receive a one-time appointment confirmation via SMS.

Opt-Out: Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.

CallFlow does not send unsolicited marketing messages. All SMS messages are transactional and service-related only. Business owners using CallFlow are responsible for ensuring their use of SMS messaging complies with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

6. Pricing and Billing

CallFlow is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on our website. Early adopter pricing is locked in for the duration of your active subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

You may cancel your CallFlow subscription at any time by contacting us at the email below. There are no cancellation fees, no contracts, and no minimum commitment. Upon cancellation your dedicated phone number will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.

CallFlow is powered by AI and automation. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee that:

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with CallFlow is the property of CallFlow and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed calls, lost business, or scheduling errors. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the most recent 30-day period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CallFlow at any time if we determine you are using the Service in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that harms other users or third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
